Are virtual payment methods used in your platform?

Yes. Our Web has security protocol that allows data transmission between the server and the user to be fully entirely and securely.

Payments through bank, credit or debit card, are processed through the REDSYS gateway, approved with 3D Secure standards and safe authentications system.

Is the price subject to the volume of purchase?

No, the price is fixed, since we sell by packages, not by product units.

What forms of payment can be used?

The online store of Partilandia accepts payment by card (Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000, American Express), by bank transfer and be zoom.

Can I pay against reimbursement?

No, the payment must be made by one of the aforementioned media, since the platform does not allow it.

If I perform a return, when will I receive my refund?

Within a week, but if for any circumstance in a week you would not have returned the money, you just have to call us by phone at 91 0636714 or write us an email to hola@partilandia.es to fix it

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, by default the system always makes invoice.

Shipping and returns

How much does the shipment cost? Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias and Balearic Islands?

Partilandia in purchases from € 300.00 VAT included assumes the shipping costs in Peninsula.

For Balearic Islands, Tenerife, Las Palmas, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, in purchases above € 500 VAT included, Partilandia assumes shipping costs.

For palm, gomenera and iron, in purchases over € 1,000 included, Partilandia assumes shipping costs.

How can I notify a problem with my order?

How long does it take the shipment?

The shipment is usually 72h, except in campaigns and punctual moments. It is convenient to check availability.

I would like to change the delivery address. Can I do it?

No. It is not possible to modify the shipping address once the order status appears as "sent" (it has already come from our facilities), since it is the transport agency the manager and we can not paralyze the process.
